It's an easy to navigate system with a lot of different reporting options that can be narrowed down and filtered for ease of finding information. Also, the ability to export into excel for organization is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, the help sight is frustrating. The way that it pulls up EVERY article with a word in when trying to search for a specific thing is a lot of unnecessary things to weed through to try and find an answer. I wish there was a way to filter things more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
