I love the team behind SureCloud because they are continually pushing the platform forward and actively listening to client needs, implementing changes in a timely fashion. It's great that SureCloud offers a no-code, drag-and-drop build, granting me certain levels of access to maintain and improve the system as changes occur. I appreciate the introduction of Gracie (AI), which presents huge opportunities to save time by assisting the performance of tasks such as testing and spot checks on self-assessments. The platform's homepage, while it contains some useful information, isn't tailored to individual users. It would be great to have a personalized dashboard so as a business user, I can immediately see my personal actions and control statuses when I log in for example. Also, in the actions table, the view is defaulted to the order in which fields were built, rather than allowing us to prescribe the table view for everyone. Whilst there is a way for users to set it themselves, it relies heavily on them reading instructions and learning modules, which isn't ideal (and isn't realistic for more senior users). So simplifying this for end users would be a big improvement, mainly making the homepage a useful login page that clearly shows the landscape in front of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
