We hired SupportYourApp to handle Level 1 customer support for our payment solution. They started with 2 dedicated agents and have since scaled to 6 as our volumes increased. The team covers chat, email, and phone from 7am to 4am BST, working within Intercom, Stripe, and Aircall to resolve.
