"Supply’d Unifies Food Production and Retail in One Flexible System"

5/5

What do you like best about Supply'd ERP for Food?

For us, it is how well Supply'd handles the complexity of an actual food business.

We originally brought it into Organika for stock management, receiving and ordering, but the real value became obvious when we rolled it into our production kitchen.

We are managing ingredients, recipes, batches, production runs, finished products, allergens and traceability, all while stock is moving between different parts of the business.

Supply'd brings all of that together in one system.

What I like most is that it is flexible enough to work across both retail and food production without us having to force our processes around the software. It feels like it has been built with an understanding of how food businesses actually operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supply'd ERP for Food?

There is a lot of depth to the system, so naturally there is a learning curve once you start getting into more advanced areas like production, recipes, batch management and traceability.

For us though, that depth is also one of its strengths. I would much rather have a system we can continue growing into than something we outgrow as soon as the business becomes more complex.

The Supply'd team has also been very responsive whenever we have needed help setting something up or working through a new process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Supply'd ERP for Food solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving one of the hardest parts of running a growing food business, which is maintaining control and visibility as things become more complex.

We can manage raw ingredients coming in, track them through recipes and production, manage batches and finished products, maintain allergen information and retain traceability throughout the process.

At the same time, the system is managing purchasing, receiving, stock on hand and ordering across the wider business.

That gives us a much clearer picture of what ingredients we have, what is being consumed in production, what finished stock is available and where everything has come from.

It reduces manual handling, improves traceability, gives us better control over stock and makes scaling production significantly easier.

We are now expanding into wholesale, opening another location and bringing more of our online business into the same system. Being able to do that without stitching together a heap of separate platforms is a massive benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
