I like how organised the features are and how easy the RMMS is to navigate.
Features such as Monica AI allow me to find similar tickets.
When I was new to the environment, Finn (or a helpdesk technician) was very supportive. It also performs very well when installing software such as Splashtop, and it integrates nicely.
From a cost and productivity perspective, SuperOps provides good value by bringing ticket management, RMM, remote access and automation into one platform. Having these tools integrated reduces the need to switch between different systems and saves technicians time when troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Features such as automated scripts, software deployment and Monica AI help reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks, allowing technicians to handle more tickets efficiently. Although I'm not directly involved in the licensing costs, the time saved and improved workflow contribute to a good return on investment for an MSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
