The user interfaces are great. I looked - and tried - many different products prior to choosing Superops. I like the way the iPhone app works and the desktop interface is modern, clean, and always improving.

That's just the UI. They integrate with Splashtop.com which I like to use for remote capability. I have used Splashtop for years and trust it more than many RMM products so that was important. It also integrates with Guardz.com which I use for Cybersecurity. Those are key needs for me.

It works well on the phone and desktop and is responsive and quickly can give me an overview of what systems I have, what needs to be updated, and how I am doing on tickets and follow-up.

The pricing is honestly a little more than others, but I find the overall benefit worth the price.

The support is quick and the onboarding is easy. When I have a question or need, I can quickly get someone on chat and they respond quickly.

The AI tools are getting better. I would like some more features on this, but overall they do well to help me get in front problems before they become bigger problems by monitoring the systems and how they are performing. The system will make a recommendation on hardware if it thinks a hard disk is going bad, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know of a downside. If it had anything serious, I would not be using for my PSA / RMM needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
