What do you like best about SuperOffice CRM?

There are lots of possibilities to adapt it to our use. The search, filter and group is great for retrieving mails and topics. We are using projects to keep track of a lot of administration subjects as well. Also IMS-document administration is done via projects. The customer service support is also great! What do you dislike about SuperOffice CRM?

Sometimes it slows down for no apparent reason :( Also, it’s not possible to search within the content of documents and emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SuperOffice CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me keep track of everything. The follow-up reminders are especially useful, so I don’t have to remember it all myself. Also it is a common storage for us all. SO it does not matter who got the mail. As long as they save it to SuperOffice it will be a common database for the project. Also some projects have requirement for communication log which is very easy to comply to with SuperOffice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
