What do you like best about SuperOffice CRM?

I particularly appreciate the service of our consultant Klaus as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of our contacts. Working with the CRM system is also pleasant and straightforward. Our requests for integrations are always addressed, and every effort is made to implement them as well as possible in the system. Furthermore, I have never had problems with long loading times, disruptions, or anything similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuperOffice CRM?

What problems is SuperOffice CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a much better way to reflect on customer data and past customer conversations, but also to document and track them. This helps us and especially our field staff a lot! The AI module allows for very fast and efficient work, so you can enter and track a lot of information in a short amount of working time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
