I serve the client Panvel, which is a chain of pharmacies, so Supermetrics is of great help to me as it compiles voluminous data from the campaigns I manage and with this I can analyze the data coming from these countless campaigns on a daily basis. At Cadastra we have a Supermetrics integration PI that takes place through the Supermetrics1 email account as countless people at Cadastra can use it this way, without the need for a single email, as it would be more expensive. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** What ends up being bad at times are the errors in the data query that occur, but I understand that due to a large volume of data there may be some delay. Therefore, there could be some improvement in loading so that there would not be these errors, because if we refresh more than twice, Supermetrics issues a 1-hour block. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** At Cadastra, I serve clients who have a considerable volume of data, as we manage many campaigns. Supermetrics helps me compile all this data into databases and use it in Google Sheet tracking models for daily views. With Supermetris, this data is fully automated, making work that would previously have been manual much easier. This gives us more time and head space to actually analyze the numbers in the report on a daily basis and create action plans based on them. It also allows us to really customize and choose the exact metrics that we are wanting to analyze, unlike some of the native platforms that force you into certain sets of data or predefined dimensions and timeframes. For example, the Google Business Profiles aren't pulling all locations and pulls a different number for me than it does my colleague. They have set up AI chatbot that automatically closes request without resolving them. There is no way to get to human and no way to resolve some issues by ourselves. We paid 1200USD for the product and it didn't even activate license. Their chatbot already closed 3 requests to resolve the issue and we haven't found a way to contact any human being. It's very straightforward, whether on Looker or Google Sheets. The result of the extractions is also simple to manipulate, using it in any way you want: pivot table, dashboards... It is a very powerful tool for integrating results from different platforms in just one place, allowing automatic updates and optimizing the team's routine tasks. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** The method of adding data sources is not that intuitive and requires a learning curve. Dashboards can take a while to load – especially when they have many data sources added on it. Reports can also take while to load large data sets. 3rd party integrations changes on their end may result in errors in your side. Supermetrics could have a wider variety of customizable packages since the cost of the platform is relatively high. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manual execution time for daily activities has decreased with the use of Supermetrics. As Funnel imports the data from different platforms the reports work faster. Also mapping data is really easy in Funnel and you can straight import the metrics to BI tools like Looker Studio. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We automate digital marketing and web analytics reporting with Supermetrics. Basically we have reports on monthly and weekly level of all digital medias that we use. We use the tool to build automated reporting dashboards in Looker Studio. It works great once you've figured out how to connect it all and Supermetrics allows us to pull data from additional sources like several social media platforms which don't offer any native connections to Looker Studio. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** The interface is a bit confusing and probably could be simplified a bit. It also takes a while to understand the differences between the pricing plans, included app connections and features to work out what plan you'll actually need and how much it will cost. I'd say the tool is a bit pricey for what we get out of it, but I haven't found anything offering anything comparable at a better price. Unfortuntely our app connections disconnect fairly frequently, which means I have to re-connect individual apps quite often. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Extracting and aggregating data from several marketing apps that we use, in particular from social media platforms, to populate automated marketing reports. Whilst the support team were able to help the support was quite slow to respond and often I found I had to chase up queries with them. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** initially we used to pull our Facebook API data directly into Google DataStudio. However as our dahsboards became more complex the reports were taking a long time to pull the data and timeing out.
