The data being pulled in is systemically inaccurate e.g. data from FB ads, specifically "amount spent" never matches what FB ads (or other analytics tools) show. Supermetrics support team says "...data is always an estimate, and it becomes more accurate over time". Their support team is terrible - you'll end up wasting days to weeks going over the same issues but not making any progress. At one point the support team was straight up gaslighting me telling me the numbers from two different screenshots were the same when they clearly were not. Pricing - pricing listed on supermetrics website is not what you end up paying. They pull the "oh, you need the agency service package" which isn't listed anywhere, is 3 - 4X more than what's listed on the website and doesn't seem to have any additional features.
