"Ridiculous price hike and unstable connectors"

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

The incredibly ridiculous price increase since this March. It's basically the same product but they've decided to charge 3x to 4x more of the original price without any solid reasons to justify the price bump. The connectors are not always stable and I can't really recall how many hours I've wasted just to get something simple to work. Their support isn't the most responsive and also I have such distrust with the sales rep in the US, every time she got back to us, she has a brand new story and didn't really address our price concern, just quoting us more for the price and the discount that she was quoting was ever-changing. We bought a licence for another year but we plan to make a switch to an in-house BigQuery solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

What I like most about Supermetrics is its ease of use, which allows us to develop reports and analyses of all our clients' digital properties without complications. Additionally, the technical support is excellent, always available to answer any specific technical questions that arise. I appreciate the ability to access all platforms from one place, which greatly simplifies the analysis and reporting process for us. I also value the seamless integration with Google Data Studio and Google Sheets, which allows us to efficiently feed dashboards and spreadsheets. "Must-have tool for amazing marketing reports"

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

Been using the Supermetrics data studio connector for 3 yrs now, and it connects seamlessly to many of the other tools we use - semrush, FB Ads manager, LinkedIn, GMB, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

The pricing for HubSpot/Mailchimp integration is quite expensive for SMBs. For agencies, the pricing probably works (since you can use it for a few clients as long as the total accounts are less than 10), but in most cases, clients want ownership of the data and would like it to be from their account, so that's a major limitation. What do you like best about Supermetrics?

SuperMetrics continues to seek out new platforms to make connections to, and they just created one for a platform that I routinely use for monthly reporting. Becing able to combine data from multiple sources into one report is a huge time saver for us. I'm also happy with the recent user experience updates in their admin section. Another recent thing for us has been exploring how to set up data lakes for our company. SuperMetrics and their team offer great support for companies that are moving through data projects. What do you like best about Supermetrics?

Supermetrics makes it super simple to pull data from multiple platforms into one place without a lot of manual work. The ease of integration with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Data Studio is a huge time saver. I also like that once you set up a query, it keeps running automatically, which cuts down repetitive work and increases the frequency of use. The implementation was straightforward, and the number of connectors available means I can pull data from almost any marketing or analytics platform I use. What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

The biggest downside for me is that sometimes the queries can be a bit slow when dealing with large datasets, and they occasionally hit limits depending on the data source. While the platform is quite powerful, the pricing can feel a little steep if you’re a smaller team. Customer support is generally helpful, but at times responses take longer than expected. Supermetrics mainly solves the problem of pulling together marketing and analytics data from so many different platforms. Before, we used to spend hours manually exporting data from Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. into spreadsheets, which was messy and time-consuming. Now it’s all automated — reports update on their own and the data stays consistent across dashboards. This has freed up a lot of time for actual analysis instead of just copy-pasting, and it helps keep our team aligned with accurate numbers.
