I love how Superhuman Mail makes managing email super easy and efficient. It helps to significantly reduce the time I spend on email by providing great reminders and a clean workflow. I really appreciate the AI integration, which handles common tasks very efficiently without much thought. The feature of automatically creating calendar events is seamless, requiring just one click or keystroke. It's fantastic how Superhuman Mail keeps my inbox clean, helping me to regularly reach inbox zero, which never happened before. The integration with tools like HubSpot is quite good, allowing for automatic setup of deals and adding contacts, making the process smooth. I also find the initial setup super easy. I use the AI, but honestly, I prefer an integration with Claude because Claude has a better understanding of me and the company. It would be great to send things from Superhuman Mail to Claude for assessment or creation. Also, the app is fairly heavy on macOS, so you need a good-sized machine to run it well. Additionally, I'd like better integration for pulling in links from documents on HubSpot or from private links on Vidyard directly into emails, instead of having to copy and paste from other tools. From there, you can hit Cmd+K โ HubSpot Settings to follow the steps to get set up.
You can now see HubSpot contacts, companies, and deals right inside your inbox. Choose what matters most, including your own custom properties. Craft your message with full context, reduce context switching, and focus on closing deals.
