"Superhuman Saves Hours with Scheduler, Snippets, and Lightning-Fast Inbox Control"

What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman saves me a lot of time and keeps me organized, which matters a lot given my job requires coordinating with a lot of people whose response times and styles vary. The Scheduler is genuinely useful - it suggests the best time to send an email to someone, which takes the guesswork out of timing. The Snippets feature (canned email templates) has been a lifesaver - during a particularly high-volume stretch when I was sending close to a thousand emails, Snippets made that manageable. The keyboard shortcuts for deleting, categorizing, and marking emails done are also excellent and speed up my day-to-day inbox management significantly. I also use the Claude integration, which fits well into how I already work, and performance overall has been great - the app is fast and reliable even with a high volume of email.

Support has also been a highlight. When I ran into an issue, they responded quickly, and when I requested a feature, they got back to me fast as well. On pricing, my company covers the subscription, and for the value it provides I'd call it reasonable, though I'd imagine the value calculus varies depending on how heavily someone uses it. What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The calendar interface isn't very intuitive. It tries to pull meeting details from emails automatically, but I found the experience confusing, I gave up on it after about five to ten minutes of trying to use it. The impact is that I don't use Superhuman for scheduling at all, I fall back to a separate calendar tool for that, which means I'm managing two systems instead of one. A clearer, more guided flow for confirming or editing the details it pulls from an email would go a long way.

The AI auto-respond feature also needs work. Drafting and rewriting emails with AI works well, but auto-respond only seems to look at the most recent message in a thread rather than the full context of the conversation. The impact is that its suggested responses are sometimes off-base or miss something earlier in the thread, so I have to double-check and rewrite them anyway, which cuts into the time savings the feature is supposed to provide. Having auto-respond pull context from the full thread, not just the last message, would make it much more reliable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Superhuman, keeping track of follow-ups across a large number of contacts with different response times and communication styles was hard to manage consistently. Now, the Scheduler helps me choose the right time to send a given email based on who I'm reaching, which has cut down on the guesswork and missed timing that used to slow things down.

We also struggled with the sheer volume of repetitive email during high-output stretches, at one point I was sending close to a thousand emails in a short period. Snippets solved that by letting me reuse templated responses instead of writing each one from scratch, which made that volume manageable instead of overwhelming. The keyboard shortcuts for deleting, categorizing, and marking emails done have also sped up day to day inbox management, so I spend less time on triage and more time on the actual work.

On top of that, performance has been reliable even under heavy use, and the Claude integration fits into how I already work rather than requiring a separate workflow. When I've had questions or requested a feature, support has responded quickly, and since my company covers the cost, the pricing has felt reasonable for the value we get.
