What do you like best about Superfiliate?

Honestly, all of their integrations and automations are life changing. I use this platform across all my brands, and before this I was always worried something would slip through the cracks, like a referral not tracked or a payout missed. Now everything just runs in the background and I know it's actually being tracked. Huge peace of mind and saves me a ton of time.

Their team is also unmatched. It's real people who actually want to help you find a solution, not just a ticket queue. Having a dedicated customer support team that knows your account makes a huge difference.

What they're building is special too. They listen to how you actually use the platform, figure out what feature would genuinely help your brand, and then go build it. It doesn't feel like a generic tool, it feels like it's evolving with you.

I also love that you're building a brand owned creator funnel with them. Compared to something like ShopMy or other platforms, the pricing is way more reasonable, and the bigger thing is you actually own the relationships you're building. What do you dislike about Superfiliate?

there's not much I dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that there's a bit of a learning curve when you first get started since there are so many features and automations to set up. Once you get through that initial setup though, it runs itself and well worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Superfiliate solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest one is mass outreach. Instead of reaching out to creators and affiliates one by one, I can do it at scale and actually keep track of everyone in one place. That includes gifting outreach too, so I can manage sending product to creators and keep it all organized instead of tracking it through spreadsheets or DMs.

It also solves the problem of tracking content, so I can see what creators are posting and how engaged the program actually is instead of guessing.

The other huge benefit is being able to take that content and turn it straight into ads on Meta. Instead of starting from scratch with creative, I'm using content that's already proven to work with real audiences, which saves time and makes the ads perform better.
