The features that appeal to me the most are the workflows. I can configure a workflow to gather documents and data from users, and I can configure the app to proceed only when the user submits the required documents that I specified. The feedback feature is also very convenient to inform the clients of the status of their compliance with regards to the documents and data submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
