What do you like best about Super Virtuals?

The process was very simple from start to finish. A few initial conversations and then a few rounds of interviews and we were off. Training and billing have been just as easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Super Virtuals?

As a newer player in this space, some of their processes are still in development and they're figuring out what level of oversight/help clients ultimately want in finding and hiring help when internal processes are so unique to each employer. It can feel a bit "loose" for better or worse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Super Virtuals:

Clearly communicate the requirements of not only the employee but also of the agency in their help in placement for the best results. Don't be afraid to ask for multiple interviews, help in initial training/integration, or a re-match if things aren't clicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Super Virtuals solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding good help is really hard but Super Virtuals has made it seem easy. There may have been a bit of luck involved, or maybe I was due, but I had spent 5 years trying to hire without success and then in 48 hours, I'm set up with my best employee to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
