What do you like best about Sunwave?

I do love the copy and paste options, always saving some time. The tab summary is very beneficial and helps when trying to locate certain notes to take a quick glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sunwave?

The payment side of things. I do wish that certain forms could communicate with others. Setting auto payments to actually be automatic, and adjusting with the statements after insurance settles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sunwave solving and how is that benefiting you?

I will speak for the financial side only, in saying that merging VOB's to GFE's has been a huge benefit. Being able to run an instant VOB in the system is helpful. Notifications on anything behavioral or medical is extremely help as well as far as navigating conversations with individuals. but not giving us more information than necessary per department/role.
