I find Sunwave easy to access and navigate, including the group notes. It loads really fast, so I don’t have to sit and wait, and it’s convenient for time management because it’s coordinated but simple to use. I like that my clients are listed in the order I need them, with my assigned caseload, authorization review, caseload tracker, and compliance report easy to find. It has tabs for everything, including the dashboard, group notes, clinical dashboard, reports, and intake process, and it’s specifically designed for me as a clinician.
