Sumsub provides an excellent combination of functionality, performance, and ease of use. The platform is intuitive for both administrators and end users, integrates well with our existing systems, and delivers fast, reliable verification. Their AI-powered verification helps automate reviews while maintaining high accuracy, and the dedicated support team has been responsive and knowledgeable throughout onboarding and beyond. The biggest area for improvement is the onboarding process. The implementation timeline can be longer than expected, with multiple agreements, approvals, and production sign-offs creating unnecessary administrative overhead, particularly for reseller partners. In addition, while the ability to escalate support tickets is appreciated, the first-line support team could benefit from deeper product knowledge to improve first-contact resolution and reduce the need for escalations.
