What I like best about Summit Application Hosting is the reliability and ease of access to QuickBooks and our Microsoft products. Our applications are available when we need them, and the platform makes it easy to work securely from different locations. I also appreciate the responsive customer support. When an issue does come up, their team is helpful and works quickly to get it resolved. There is not much that I dislike about Summit Application Hosting. Occasionally, we experience minor connectivity or performance issues, which can be frustrating when trying to complete time-sensitive work. However, these issues are generally resolved quickly, and their support team is responsive when assistance is needed. More recently, we experienced an issue with our printers not showing on the server and the customer service team was able to resolve the issue within less than an hour.
