What do you like best about Sumac?

I really appreciate the support that Sumac offers. The technical support has been tremendously helpful, making it very easy to connect with someone for problem-solving whenever we have questions and ultimately fixing any issues we're having. I also like the ease with which I can pull reports for various purposes, which has saved us a lot of time. Sumac is easy to use when it's set up and structured to meet the individual needs of each program. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy as the company moved our data into the platform and set everything up for us, so it was ready to use immediately. What do you dislike about Sumac?

It does feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning but once we started using it, we quickly realized it was far easier to use than we initially expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
