What do you like best about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

you are able to take pictures right from the platform of the are requiring repair. You are able to enter line by line of items that need to be repaired/replaced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

When you forgot the work order number and enter apartment in the search bar, if you open one W/O and see that it was not the right one, instead of taking you back to the apartment number work orders. you have to start again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SuiteSpot Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to complete all maintenance isswues on one platform. When you raise an issue, you are able to process the request and approve it to a specific vendor. The purchase orders are now created faster versus a year ago when it took a few hours to generate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
