What do you like best about SugarSync?

The version history and recovery features have saved me more than once when an edit got messed up.. I can just right-click any existing folder on my PC, sync it, and it keeps my exact directory structure intact across multiple devices without messing up my files. What do you dislike about SugarSync?

It's quite expensive for the storage limits you get, and the desktop app could really use a design overhaul. Large uploads can be painfully slow compared to newer cloud storage platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SugarSync solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multi-device file management across my home desktop, work laptop, and mobile. The main problem it solves is real-time file backup without interrupting my daily workflow.
