What do you like best about SuccessKPI?

I love SuccessKPI's ability to easily monitor agents' actual auxiliary statuses and their durations. The real-time performance dashboards and analytics are incredibly valuable as they help me monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and uncover areas for improvement. The automation of dashboards and reporting really reduces the need to compile data manually, which is a great time-saver. The initial setup was very smooth, making it easy to get started quickly. What do you dislike about SuccessKPI?

I find that sometimes there's latency when loading data from multiple agents with SuccessKPI. It can be a bit of a hiccup in getting the information swiftly, especially when I need to monitor things in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
