"A Game-Changer for How We Run EOS"

What do you like best about Success.co EOS Traction software?

For me, the best thing about Success.co is the clarity it has brought to how we run EOS. Prior to moving to the platform 12 months ago we were trying to manage everything through separate Word documents and Excel spreadsheets. Looking back, it was awkward and confusing, and we were wasting time trying to keep everything connected.

Success.co has transformed that experience by giving us a much clearer and more structured way of working. I can't imagine going back to the way we did things before.

What makes the experience even better is the support behind the platform. Philipp Maucher has been superb. He has always been on hand, incredibly helpful and responsive, and you genuinely feel that he wants you to succeed. What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?

It's difficult to identify anything I genuinely dislike about Success.co. No software is going to be perfect for every organisation but it is as close as it gets for us. And as with any system, there is a period of getting used to a different way of working, especially when you are moving from Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, but the benefits very quickly outweighed that.

If we have ever been unsure about something, Philipp has always been on hand to help, which means any questions or minor frustrations have been dealt with quickly. After 12 months of using Success.co, I definitely wouldn't want to go back to managing EOS the way we did before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Success.co EOS Traction software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Success.co has helped us move from administering EOS to embedding it properly into how we run the organisation. It gives us greater visibility of what we are trying to achieve, helps maintain focus on our priorities and reinforces accountability across the team.

For me, the real benefit is having a consistent framework that supports the conversations we need to have and helps us turn plans into action. We spend less time trying to manage the process and more time focusing on delivery, progress and achieving our organisational goals.
