Success.co does a great job of putting the EOS tools and meeting process in one simple, easy-to-use platform. We especially like how it keeps our Level 10 meetings structured and focused while giving us one place to manage Rocks, Scorecards, To-Dos, and Issues. It creates visibility and accountability across the team without adding unnecessary complexity. The software supports the EOS process rather than getting in the way of it. There have been a few areas where we felt the software could be improved or better fit the way our teams use EOS. What has impressed us, though, is how responsive the Success.co team has been to that feedback. They have been very receptive to suggestions and, in a number of cases, made adjustments to the software based on our input.
