What do you like best about Subsig?

What stood out to me was how everything is available in one place. Instead of jumping between different review sites, I can check brand mentions, reviews, and AI visibility from a single dashboard. The interface is simple enough that I didn't need much time to get comfortable with it. I also like that it highlights changes instead of making me search through lots of data myself. What do you dislike about Subsig?

The main thing I'd like to see improved is speed. Some pages take a little longer to load than I expected, especially when switching between reports. I also think a few dashboards could be simplified so important information stands out more quickly. It's not a major issue, but improving performance would make the experience smoother. What problems is Subsig solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Subsig, keeping track of reviews and online mentions meant checking several websites separately. Now I have one place where I can see what's happening and notice changes much faster. It has helped me spend less time collecting information and more time acting on it, especially when monitoring customer feedback and our overall online presence.
