What do you like best about Subscribers?

It's a good tool to engage with customers but not using the traditional email method. Pop up messages on customer and prospects computers, it's easy to install (on WordPress). Works well on mobile and desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Subscribers?

One area we have had issues is with customer support. They offer email support, which can lead to delays in receiving help, especially when dealing with technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Subscribers solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are always looking for ways to engage with customers, especially when we have a sale on or launch a new product. Subscribers.com does this with push notifications so even if they aren't online at the time of the push they will get it when next online. We have seen an increase in revenue at sales time due to more people being aware. We work this in comparison with email and SMS, whilst those channels have remained constant we have seen revenue increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
