What do you like best about Stylo?

Stylo helps to enhance the productivity by easily identifying the tickets and accordingly prioritise them. Also its translation feature is amazing, it can translate message of any language. It automated responses of the tickets faster using generative AI with chat gpt making the resolution of the ticket easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stylo?

As ofniw stylo has langaugae translation feature, initially it was only one in english Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stylo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stylo helped to provide resolution to the ticket in faster and easier manner. It saves a lot of time and hence improved the productivity. The ticket prioritising features helped to avoid any customer escalation proactively.
