What do you like best about Stuut?

What do you dislike about Stuut?

The reporting capabilities are limited, largely because of how the data file is ingested by Stuut. It doesn’t seem able to clearly distinguish an actual payment from adjustments and similar items. As a result, the dashboard isn’t accurate based on the $ parameters that are set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stuut solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stuut is handling all of our small-dollar AR balances that our collections team previously wasn’t able to contact, simply due to the sheer volume. It’s helping us reach customers much sooner, resolve issues faster, and take the appropriate next steps, including canceling memberships when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
