It requires information that not every seller is willing to give. We get notices when a payment is a success, but we're never told when a payment fails, and that means the client is using our services without paying their monthly fee, and we're losing money. If they can tell us when a payment is made, they can surely figure out a way to tell us when a payment fails. **Recommendations to others considering Stripe Connect:** Stripe is great for any business. There is one other more popular company (PP), but they put lots of restrictions on what and how you can sell, and they are quick to close an account and hold the money for a minimum of 6 months. We feel Stripe is currently the best choice for online payment processing. **What problems is Stripe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've used other payment processors in the past, and they were not as smooth as Stripe. It's quick to log in and verify payments, create custom payment buttons for a one-time fee or a subscription, it's easy to cancel subscriptions when a client requests them. Stripe automatically deposits the funds in our account every seven days or gives us the option to instantly deposit the funds into our bank account for a 1% fee. The chargeback fee is $15, which is very low compared to the $45 we've paid elsewhere. ### 20.
