What do you like best about Stripe Billing?

I like that there's very little work once the customer is set up. It's very easy just to set it and forget it, which makes my life a lot easier. The initial setup was very easy; we created the account and were off and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stripe Billing?

When there is an issue with a customer payment, whether it's an ACH block, it does get to be a little cumbersome to correct. It is a process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stripe Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stripe Billing automates our payment methods, enabling real-time charges and avoiding the tedious receivables process. It simplifies setup, so once customers are onboarded, it's set and forget, making my life a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
