What do you like best about Strety?

Strety gives our leadership team one place to run EOS - our Rocks, scorecard metrics, to-dos, issues and Level 10 meetings all live together, so preparation and accountability are visible to everyone. We're three years into our EOS journey at Rolling Tides Construction, and Strety has been key to keeping us consistent. Beyond the software, the community is a big part of the value. Madison and I just got back from the Strety Conference in Park City, Utah, and seeing how many companies across North America are using Strety and committed to the EOS way was inspiring. Connecting with companies further along in their journey showed us what EOS looks like when it's truly embedded in an organization, and gave us a lot to bring home. What do you dislike about Strety?

Honestly not much. There is so much packed into Strety that it takes time to get the full value from it - we realized we weren't consistently using all the tools available to develop our leaders. That's more on us than the platform, but more guidance on rolling it out from the office to the field would help companies like ours get there faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our big question is how to connect our entire construction company through EOS, from the office to the field. Strety helps us answer that by giving our leaders the structure and tools to be EOS champions - holding the line on meeting preparation and accountability, tracking Rocks and metrics, and making sure issues actually get solved. The benefit is a more aligned leadership team and a clear way to develop our leaders, so those habits trickle down to the next generation of leaders and the company can run with less dependence on any one person.
