I like how quickly Strella helps me get to the useful part of user research. I don't have to spend as much time digging through conversations and trying to connect the dots myself. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area I think could be improved is the amount of control you have when reviewing and refining the insights it generates. Sometimes the themes it identifies can feel a little broad, so I still find myself going back to the original feedback to understand the context behind certain points. I'd like more control over how themes are grouped and labelled after Strella identifies them. For example, it would be helpful to easily merge similar themes, split a theme that feels too broad, rename categories, or move individual insights between them.
