Streamwork has dramatically simplified and sped up our review process and integrates with Asana, our project management tool. Before using it, reviews involved sharing PDFs, scheduling multiple meetings, consolidating feedback, and then reposting everything into another tool. It was time-consuming and often led to confusion or follow-up meetings for clarification.

Now, everyone involved in approvals can access the creative from one link, leave feedback directly, and see each other’s comments in real time. We can easily turn comments into actionable tasks, making it very clear for designers what updates are needed. On top of that, the Streamwork team is incredibly collaborative and responsive. Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike. The platform has consistently met our needs and continues to improve. Any minor suggestions we’ve had have been taken seriously by the Streamwork team and often turned into meaningful enhancements, which makes it feel like a true partnership rather than just a tool.
