The multi-stage approval workflows are flexible enough to handle enterprise requirements but still straightforward for creative teams who need to move fast without drowning in process, it's the best of both worlds. Also the multi-stage approvals that actually reflect how creative sign-off works in the real world (your workflow could be: internal โ†’ legal โ†’ client โ†’ exec) without someone having to manually chase everyone down... There is also a detailed markup tools that work across practically any file type like video, presentations, static images, documents which cuts down on the usual miscommunication and endless revision rounds.
