"Streak Transformed Our Gmail Workflow with Smart, Customisable Pipelines"

What do you like best about Streak?

Streak has completely revolutionised the way my team records information and tracks pipeline-style workflows. It integrates seamlessly into Gmail and makes it super easy to understand what’s in my inbox at a quick glance. It’s very intuitive and user-friendly, with lots of smart features supported by AI as well.

It’s also highly customisable, and the custom views are a particularly useful feature. The drag-and-drop interface saves me hours each week. Being able to share long email chains that other members of my team can access quickly has been a game changer. I also love how it keeps track of all the chains related to one “box,” so I never lose track of any information.

Overall, it’s fast and very reliable. The support available and the Streak University tutorials have also been really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streak?

Honestly, not a lot. My main and only critique is sometimes when viewing an email thread within a box, it feels counter intuitive that the most recent email is at the very bottom rather than the top Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have investments which go through a pipeline process, starting from early stage sourcing to due diligence. Streak replaces what used to be done with a google sheet where the team is easily able to see which potential investments are in the pipeline and at what stage. It makes information sharing with the team super easy and crucially means no important information gets lost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
