What do you dislike about Stratus AI?

The initial setup does require some time investment to get everything configured the way you want, but the support team walks you through it and once it's running it's completely hands-off. On the rare occasion we ran into a software hiccup, the engineering team stepped in and personally built solutions for us, which isn't something you get from most vendors. What problems is Stratus AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Stratus, we were constantly on the phone with insurance companies just to verify eligibility, and denials were still slipping through way more than they should have. It was a huge time drain and honestly pretty frustrating for our staff.
