What do you like best about StrategyX?

The prescriptive structure enables control and communication with managers and their teams. This is essential for achieving alignment with goals.

In-app training and tutorials enable self-directed learning, which saves managers time and makes the adoption of the platform easier and faster.

The application of AI tools via the Digital Manager lets managers focus on tasks or activities that have gone off-track. This eliminates wasted conversations and allows managers to focus on the most critical actions where they can provide support and guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StrategyX?

At times it can be frustrating to work within the structure but I understand why it's necessary. I would love to see a 3-way forecasting tool but I understand that's on the horizon. Navigation for entering data for some of the reports could be quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StrategyX solving and how is that benefiting you?

StrategyX gives me a framework to facilitate taking strategic thoughts into an actionable plan. Attaching goals and responsibility for individuals with appropriate SMART measures to enable delivery. All teams members have constant access to the communication of the strategy and their responsibilities. It allows me to have a consistent dialogue with owners, managers and staff. It's customer agnostic which enables me to implement it to any of my clients. Being a digital tool, I can now service clients anywhere, which allows me to grow my own business.
