What do you like best about StrategyBrain AI Recruiter?

Our recruitment team has significantly improved productivity through AI Recruiter. It has increased the ROI of LinkedIn recruiting. The AI automatically communicates with candidates and collects resumes, which reduces the time the team spends on daily candidate interactions. What do you dislike about StrategyBrain AI Recruiter?

AI Recruiter currently supports LinkedIn only and does not work with other social media or job platforms. I would like to see it expanded to Indeed. It also does not support automatic interview scheduling through Zoom at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StrategyBrain AI Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ROI for recruiting on LinkedIn has always been challenging. Our team needs to search for candidates on LinkedIn and go through a long process before understanding their interest level, which makes it hard to rely on LinkedIn alone even though it remains an important hiring platform.

AI Recruiter effectively reduces the amount of time our team spends on LinkedIn by replacing repetitive work. This helps keep our staffing costs under control. In addition, I can access more candidates by adding more LinkedIn accounts instead of hiring more staff, which gives us a practical way to improve results without increasing headcount.
