What do you like best about StrategyBrain AI Recruiter?

I use AI Recruiter to automate recruiting on LinkedIn, which has greatly improved my work efficiency. I can focus on designing candidate profiles and following up with interested candidates through more detailed conversations.

I assign the rest of the work to the AI. AI Recruiter helps build connections with candidates, send greetings, introduce roles, answer questions, and collect resumes. I no longer need to think about repetitive LinkedIn tasks and can spend my time on other recruiting channels, which has significantly increased the efficiency of resume collection. What do you dislike about StrategyBrain AI Recruiter?

I cannot directly move interested candidates into our ATS system. I need to enter the information manually, and AI Recruiter does not currently provide a way to export results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StrategyBrain AI Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

AI Recruiter helps me avoid repetitive outreach work on LinkedIn, which has improved my productivity. In the past, I had to constantly click the connect button and repeat greetings and role conversations, and sometimes I reused old messages because of fatigue.
