What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?

MicroStrategy provides analytics in a way that beats anything else due to the vast functionalities it can provide. Not only can you use it to view data in a traditional sense (lines and grids), but the visualizations it provides allows for people that are visual and perhaps even not so technological savvy understand the metrics that you want to display. What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?

The only thing I would have to say that has been cumbersome - is that the software takes time to learn and you must approach it with the help of an IT team in terms of getting it set up, practical use, and fully understanding how you want the power of this tool to impact your organization.
