The communications from their entire organization from our project manager to each of specialist was outstanding. They learned our process needs and worked with us to configure the system the best way to meet our needs. The only downside in the implementation was that they did not know what I did not know. Sometimes I did not know the right questions to ask. I'm not sure there is anything that can be done about that, but I ended up transitioning some data incorrectly because I misunderstood how it would be used.
