What do you like best about StoryXpress?

I really like the user interface and the Chrome extension. I use this a lot when I want to quickly record something to show someone, and then it's hosted on its own page with my branding. It just looks really good and the player is smooth.

I also love the fact that there are viewer analytics (which I don't need but still useful) and you can insert CTAs and your own thumbnail.

My absolute favourite feature is when I copy and paste the URL in my Gmail and a very handy gif image of the video is also pasted.

So it looks great on email when I send it, which is a really nice attention to detail that I appreciate. Looks very professional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoryXpress?

It's a little buggy with the login on the Chrome extension but managed to sort it out.

And as my site has its DNS records on Cloudflare, in order to enable CNAME I have to turn on Flexible SSL on Cloudflare.

Unfortunately, it was making my other CNAMEs go haywire so I had to do without the CNAME for StoryXpress. It's strange, it used to work.

Their edit video feature also doesn't work very well, it takes a long time to update for me. I just record the video all over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
