What do you like best about Storyblocks?

Our team started using Storyblocks when our productions were really limited by the pandemic, and it has happily become a regular part of our workflow. With team access and plenty of options, we’re able to pull music, footage, images, and AE templates that genuinely support our productions. The content they offer is outstanding, and we’ve used their music and footage to keep our clients happy while producing outstanding content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Storyblocks?

They do a great job keeping up with footage and our needs, but I’d really like to see them expand their library of assets and elements that can add extra zip to the work we’re already doing. More animated lines, background textures, and other elements to support the production workflow would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Storyblocks:

There are lots of ways to purchase b-roll and stock content, check the library and make sure it has what you commonly search for. We have loved our storyblocks subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Storyblocks solving and how is that benefiting you?

I just finished a project that needed something to cover a few edits, and I was able to fill in the video with footage from Storyblocks. It made it easy to take what would have been a project that was kind of hard to watch and turn it into something outstanding. I used images, b-roll, and music to really enhance the final outcome.
