Everyone we have worked with has been AMAZING, but having a quick customer service line for simple fixes as I have problems would be great. A number or virtual meeting room that doesn't need to be scheduled so I can work through the small fixes in real time when I'm in the system. I wear lots of hats and sometimes I'm it would be nice to finish a task before putting on a different hat rather than going back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
