What do you like best about StoreConnect Commerce?

I like that it's a great alternative to experience cloud, at a much lower price point. It's super easy to get up and running, and since all the data lives in Salesforce, you can access it via flow/apex/reports/whatever else you need to do. I'm a huge fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoreConnect Commerce?

There are certain elements that aren't exposed via actions we can use, like adding products to carts. That should really be exposed via invokable apex actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StoreConnect Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to bring up different storefront experiences very quickly and effectively. We can build out processes that reflect how we want the business to work, rather than being constrained by tools. One use is as a zoo booking tool, where we're able to sell memberships, booked encounters and items in the same cart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
