In our case we utilize VMWare Hypervisors in all of our clients which has allowed us to better leverage the disaster recovery process. Along with our architechture and the technology that Storage Guardian has provided us to backup our clients systems, it has always allowed us a 100% recovery.

In addition to the technology on the human side Storage Guardian always has someone knowledgeable available to support us when a disaster has occured and we have needed the expertise with restoring the systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I find with Storage Guardian is when a total disaster recovery is required, which entails creating a new base system to start the restore processes.
