"Stonify Streamlines Stone Fabrication with an Easy, All-in-One Workflow"

What do you like best about Stonify?

What I like most about Stonify is that it's built specifically for the stone fabrication industry. It brings quoting, job management, scheduling, production, inventory, and installation together in one system, which has made it much easier for our team to stay organized. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the software keeps improving with regular updates. Their support team is excellent—they listen to feedback, respond quickly, and are willing to work with customers to improve the platform. What do you dislike about Stonify?

Since Stonify is a newer platform, there are still features and integrations that I'd like to see added. Occasionally we need a workaround for certain workflows, but the biggest positive is that the development team listens to customer feedback and continuously improves the software. Updates are released regularly, and many suggestions are actually implemented, which gives us confidence that the platform will continue to grow with our business. What problems is Stonify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Stonify, we relied on multiple systems and manual processes to manage our jobs. Stonify has centralized our quoting, job tracking, scheduling, production, inventory, and installation workflow into one platform. This has improved communication between the office and shop, reduced mistakes, and given us much better visibility into every project.
