## About Stockpress
Stockpress is an affordable Digital Asset Management (DAM) software solution with unlimited users that helps marketing, creative, and content teams organize, find, and share digital assets across their organization. Stockpress is designed for teams managing growing volumes of files—such as images, videos, design files, and documents—who need a structured, searchable system without the complexity typically associated with enterprise DAM platforms. It combines elements of traditional file management systems with DAM-specific capabilities like metadata tagging, version control, and controlled sharing, enabling teams to maintain visibility and access across internal and external collaborators. The platform is commonly used by marketing, creative, and content teams to support workflows such as campaign execution, brand asset distribution, content production, and collaboration with partners or clients. It is structured to support both small teams and larger organizations by offering scalable access without per-user licensing constraints. Stockpress supports the full lifecycle of digital assets—from upload and organization to distribution and reuse—helping teams reduce time spent searching for files and improving consistency in how assets are used across channels. Key features and capabilities include: - Asset organization and search: AI-powered and manual tagging, collections, and filters to make files easier to locate and manage - Collaboration and sharing: Controlled access, share links, and guest upload functionality for internal teams and external contributors - Version control and duplication management: Track file updates and reduce redundant assets with duplicate detection - Integrations with creative tools: Connections with platforms such as Adobe, Canva, and web tools to support existing workflows - Flexible pricing model: Storage-based pricing with unlimited users, supporting broader team adoption without per-seat costs Stockpress is typically adopted by teams that have outgrown basic file storage tools but do not require the overhead of highly complex DAM implementations. It is used to improve asset accessibility, maintain organization as content scales, and enable more efficient collaboration across distributed teams.

## Stockpress Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Migration to Stockpress with a Straightforward UI and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Afif A. | Manager, Digital Solutions and Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress was easy for us to migrate to from ResourceSpace. My whole organization is on it now, and everyone loves using it. In the DAM space, Stockpress has been the best fit for us. The UI is straightforward to navigate, and onboarding was a breeze thanks to the support they provide. From a pricing standpoint, it made more sense for us to move to Stockpress than to manage our own cloud servers for RS. So far, we haven’t run into any performance issues.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I just hope they don’t raise their prices as they grow.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to share assets easily with both the organization and external people. It also helps us keep our assets organized, and the duplication check does an amazing job of catching duplicates.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We're particularly pleased to hear that the migration from ResourceSpace was straightforward and that adoption across your organization went so smoothly. Moving to a new DAM can sometimes feel like a daunting project, so hearing that onboarding was easy and that your whole team has embraced the platform is incredibly rewarding.

It's also great to hear that the combination of a straightforward user experience, responsive support, and pricing that made sense for your organization helped make Stockpress the right fit. We believe DAM should be accessible and easy to adopt, and it's encouraging to know that approach resonated with your team.

We're glad the duplication detection has proven valuable as well. As content libraries grow, maintaining a clean and organized asset library becomes increasingly important, and helping teams reduce duplication is a big part of that.

What stood out most, though, was your point about sharing. Whether it's internal teams or external stakeholders, making it easy for the right people to access the right content is one of the most important jobs a DAM can do, and we're delighted to hear Stockpress is helping make that process easier for your organization.

And regarding pricing, our philosophy has always been to build a platform that teams can adopt broadly without worrying about user-based licensing getting in the way. That's a big part of why unlimited users remains such an important part of what we do.

Thank you again for the review, and for trusting Stockpress with your organization's content. We really appreciate your support.

  ### 2. As robust as we need, as simple as we need.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I'm in the marketing department of a building materials manufacturer, working closely with our sales team, vendors and customers. Stockpress is a very clean DAM. We were using a combination of SharePoint and Dropbox previously to share files internally and externally and it wwas a nigthmare. No one could find anything, so they would just ask me for files. It was half my day. Stockpress makes things easy to find with search and filters, easy to keep up to date, and importantly everything has a single source of truth. Our teams find sharing easy, and it reduces friction in finding images and documents.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I really haven't seen any downsides yet. The team has been so responisve to help us with any issues. Sometimes it bugs out surfacing certain files, but when this happens I just refresh the tab and it pulls them up, no problem.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping key technical docs up to date, easily sharing product photography and brand kits, and sending massive files to printers and vendors, all without duplicating anything.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Half your day spent sending files is probably one of the clearest signs a team has outgrown shared drives.

Reading your description of life before Stockpress felt very familiar. The content existed, but nobody could find it, which meant every request eventually landed with the same person. Whether it was product photography, technical documentation, or brand assets, you became the search engine.

That's exactly the kind of friction we set out to eliminate.

It's great to hear that search, filters, and having a single source of truth are helping your teams, vendors, and customers find what they need without the back-and-forth. When content becomes self-service, everyone moves faster and the marketing team gets to spend more time on marketing instead of file retrieval.

Your point about keeping technical documentation up to date is an important one as well. For many organizations, a DAM isn't just about photos and videos. It's about ensuring that product information, sales materials, and brand resources are accurate, accessible, and easy to distribute.

We also appreciate the note about occasionally needing to refresh to surface certain files. Feedback like this is always valuable and helps us continue improving the platform.

Finally, your title sums up our philosophy perfectly: "As robust as we need, as simple as we need." We believe teams shouldn't have to choose between capability and usability. The best DAM is the one people actually use, and we're delighted to hear Stockpress has become that for your organization.

  ### 3. User-friendly, reliable, and a huge time saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabiana S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress has become our central hub for managing and sharing brand assets across our organization and franchise network. It's intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes it simple for our stores to always access the latest approved marketing materials. It has saved our marketing team a significant amount of time while helping us maintain brand consistency across hundreds of locations.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I'd love to see more AI-powered search capabilities, such as finding assets based on visual similarities or more descriptive natural language searches.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress gives our corporate marketing team one central place to organize and distribute approved brand assets to our franchise locations. It eliminates version control issues, reduces requests for files, and ensures our stores always have access to the latest marketing materials. This has improved brand consistency, increased efficiency, and saved our team a significant amount of time.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Maintaining brand consistency across a large franchise or multi-location network is no small task, so it's fantastic to hear Stockpress has become the central hub your teams rely on every day.

One of the biggest challenges for growing organizations is making sure everyone has access to the latest approved content, wherever they are. Whether it's marketing campaigns, promotional materials, or brand assets, having a single source of truth helps remove uncertainty and gives local teams the confidence to use the right content every time.

We're especially pleased to hear that Stockpress has become such a significant time saver for your marketing team. Our goal has always been to reduce the time spent searching for, updating, and distributing assets, so teams can focus more on creating great content and less on managing it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Knowing Stockpress is helping support brand consistency across hundreds of locations is something we're incredibly proud of, and we look forward to continuing to support your team as you grow.

  ### 4. Makes my life simpler.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Luxury Goods & Jewelry

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

It is a central location I can easily house and share files, which is an important function of my role on a daily basis. I feel it offers better functionality and flexibility than something like a Dropbox and is more visually appealing and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

There is only one function I have encountered that isn't ideal, but it's a bit nitpicky. I watermark my photos and it forces you to choose one location, so if I want my watermark to appear on the bottom right in one photo, but top left for another, I can't edit that without changing it for all. Small detail :)

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy file sharing. I support a large network of retailers and need to constantly be updating assets. This provides one location I can easily update and link to and alleviates the need to send large files out to multitudes of clients.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> "Makes my life simpler" is exactly the kind of outcome we're hoping to deliver, so it's great to hear Stockpress is helping you manage and share assets more efficiently on a daily basis.

We're particularly pleased that you highlighted the balance between functionality and ease of use. Many teams come to Stockpress after outgrowing traditional file-sharing tools, and they're looking for something that provides more structure, better discoverability, and easier sharing without becoming complicated. It's great to know the platform is delivering that for your team.

We also appreciate the feedback on watermark positioning. While it's a relatively small part of the overall workflow, it's a thoughtful suggestion and exactly the kind of real-world feedback that helps us continue refining the platform.

What stood out most in your review was the scale of the sharing challenge you're solving. Supporting a large network of retailers can quickly become difficult when assets are being distributed manually. Having a single source of truth that can be updated once and shared broadly is one of the biggest advantages of a DAM, and it's great to hear Stockpress is helping simplify that process for your team.

Thank you again for the review and for trusting Stockpress with such an important part of your content workflow.

  ### 5. Streamlined Asset Management Without the Usual Complexity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress has become an incredibly valuable part of our workflow for managing and sharing digital assets across teams and partners. The platform strikes a great balance between being powerful enough for structured DAM management, while still remaining intuitive and easy for non-technical users to navigate.

What stands out most is the clean user experience, fast search functionality, and the ease with which we can organise, tag, and distribute content. It has significantly reduced the friction around asset retrieval and version control, especially when collaborating across multiple stakeholders and external partners.

We also appreciate how polished and modern the platform feels compared to many traditional DAM systems, which can often feel overly complex or outdated. Stockpress makes asset management feel lightweight, collaborative, and efficient.

The team behind the product has also been responsive and thoughtful, and it’s clear they are building with modern creative and marketing teams in mind.

Highly recommended for brands, agencies, and growing teams looking for a streamlined and user-friendly DAM solution.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Nothing really specific. It might not be 'enterprizy' enough, but that wasn't something we were looking for.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress has centralised everything into a single, well-organised platform that is easy to search, manage, and share. The tagging, collections, and permissions functionality have made collaboration significantly smoother, especially when working across marketing, creative, and partner teams.

The biggest benefit has been improved efficiency and clarity. Teams spend far less time searching for files, requesting assets, or managing duplicates, and much more time focusing on actual creative and strategic work. It has also improved how we present and distribute assets externally, creating a far more professional and seamless experience for partners and stakeholders.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is such a well-articulated review — thank you for taking the time to share it.

What stands out most is your point about balance. We’ve always believed Digital Asset Management should be powerful enough to support structured workflows, while remaining approachable for the people who use it every day. Hearing that Stockpress is delivering both for your team is incredibly rewarding.

We're also glad the search, tagging, collections, and permissions are helping reduce friction across teams and partners. When people can quickly find the right asset, trust they have the latest version, and share it confidently, collaboration becomes a lot smoother.

Your comment about Stockpress feeling modern compared to traditional DAM platforms is particularly meaningful. Many teams tell us they want the benefits of Digital Asset Management without the complexity that often comes with it, so hearing that asset management feels lightweight, collaborative, and efficient is exactly what we hope to achieve.

We also really appreciate the kind words about our team. Building alongside customers and listening carefully to feedback has always been an important part of how we work.

And your observation about spending less time searching for files and more time doing creative and strategic work gets right to the heart of the value. The best asset management systems should fade into the background and help teams focus on the work that matters most.

Thank you again for such a thoughtful review and recommendation. We're delighted to be supporting your team and your partners.

  ### 6. Best way to organize your digital assets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

We chose Stockpress to centralize our digital assets and make it easy for users to quickly find exactly what they need. The Stockpress team has been incredibly responsive to our feedback, ideas, and evolving requirements. Whenever we encounter a roadblock, they're quick to jump on a call, collaborate on solutions, and help us move forward. In many cases, they've even developed new functionality to support our specific needs. Their customer service, flexibility, and willingness to innovate have made them an outstanding partner to work with.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

That we didn't start using them sooner!!

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all of our assets in one centralized location has been a huge benefit. The tagging functionality significantly improves searchability, making it easy for users to quickly find exactly what they're looking for. Sharing assets is also incredibly simple, with direct links allowing content to be distributed quickly and efficiently.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> What stands out most is that you've highlighted exactly what we hope Stockpress becomes for our customers: a place where content is easy to find, easy to share, and easy to manage as teams grow.

We're delighted to hear the combination of centralized asset management and tagging is helping users quickly find exactly what they need. As content libraries grow, searchability becomes just as important as storage, and it's great to know that's delivering real value for your organization.

Your comments about our team mean a lot as well. We genuinely enjoy working closely with customers, understanding how they use the platform, and helping solve new challenges as they arise. Some of our best product improvements have come directly from conversations with customers, so we're always grateful when people take the time to share ideas and feedback.

And while we can't take too much credit for wishing you'd found us sooner, we'll happily accept it as a compliment!

Thank you again for your partnership, your feedback, and for trusting Stockpress with your digital assets. We're excited to continue building alongside your team as your needs evolve.

  ### 7. Breath of fresh air compared to other asset management platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

We have a very complex and varied media library and Stockpress offers just the right options to stay on top of the library. Everyone who uses our Stockpress account is very impressed and happy with the intuitive UI and the clear search and collection functions. As administrator I find the upload, restriction and sharing functions very helpful and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

There is nothing to hate, just some additional functions to hope for. I would love to see the option to exclude specific tags when searching. A large part of our images are location specific. A map view would be a fantastic addition.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency in uploading, finding and using the right photographs for use in fundraising and promotional material. Staying on top of image consent/permissions. Keeping on top of the organisation's visual archive.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Managing a complex media library is one thing. Staying on top of it as it continues to grow is something else entirely, so it's fantastic to hear Stockpress is helping your team do exactly that.

We were especially pleased to read that both your administrators and your everyday users are getting value from the platform. Building something that's powerful enough for the people managing the library, while remaining intuitive for everyone searching and sharing assets, has always been an important goal for us.

Your use case around image consent and permissions also stood out. For many organizations, particularly charities and nonprofits, managing visual assets isn't just about organization—it's about confidence that the right content is being used in the right way. It's great to hear Stockpress is helping support those important governance processes alongside your fundraising and promotional work.

We also appreciate your suggestions around search exclusions and location-based views. Feedback from teams managing large, diverse libraries like yours is incredibly valuable, and ideas like these help shape where we continue investing in the platform.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We're delighted Stockpress is helping your team organize, govern, and make better use of such an important visual archive.

  ### 8. I'm highly impressed with Stockpress.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

We needed a solution for hosting technical reports for various clients. We needed something that offered reasonable security and flexibility while also being simple to use. Stockpress was the perfect solution. It fit our needs better than any other service we looked at.

The Stockpress service offers tremendous capabilities for sharing and managing files yet is surprisingly easy to set up and use. The search and tagging capabilities allow you to quickly find whatever you're looking for. The Teams and Collections functionality allowed us to set up multiple clients under one umbrella while keeping them reliably segregated, and because Stockpress allows unlimited users, we don't have to pay more for each client we add.

What's impressed me the most about Stockpress is their Customer Service. Our application is a little atypical, but Ian and Jess worked with us to make sure the service would meet our needs. It took us a few months to vet the service, pitch it to our clients, and get everything up and running, but the Stockpress team was with us every step of the way. They exemplify what customer service should be about.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I honestly have no complaints. When we initially began looking at Stockpress for this project there were a few "wish list" features that I hoped for, and by the time we went live they had already added them. They seem to be constantly improving the service by adding new features and capabilities.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online sharing of reports with clients.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thanks so much for this incredibly thoughtful review.

It was a real pleasure working with you through what we knew was a slightly different use case, and we’re so glad Stockpress was able to support what you needed — especially around secure file sharing, flexibility, and keeping multiple clients organized without adding complexity.

Hearing that Teams, Collections, search, tagging, and unlimited users all helped make that possible means a lot to us, because that balance of capability and simplicity is exactly what we aim for.

And thank you especially for the kind words about customer service. Jess and I really appreciate that. We know good implementations don’t always happen overnight, especially when there are clients, internal buy-in, and moving parts involved, so being part of that journey with you was genuinely important to us.

We also loved reading that some of your early wishlist items made it into the product before launch. We’re always listening, always building, and feedback like that helps shape where Stockpress goes next.

Thanks again for trusting us with such an important part of your client reporting workflow — we’re really grateful to have you with us.

  ### 9. Simple, Customizable, Scalable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Every aspect of Stockpress is approachable; from the sales demo, to the user interface, and even the pricing structure. With the proper configuration even your least tech-savvy team member can navigate it and efficeintly find what they're looking for.

After the initial setup, their team has been just an email away to answer questions, help troubleshoot, or bounce ideas on a product feature.

It feels like you're adding a member to your team that helps solve problems, versus a SAAS that may double check a service agreement to up-charge for an additional feature.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

There hasn't been something yet that Stockpress can't do for my team.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's saving my art director from the shoulder taps of "where is this image asset".

It's allowing easy access to teams and 3rd party vendors, while allowing gatekeeping to prevent unreleased product images from leaking.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This one really made us smile — thank you for such a thoughtful review.

What stands out most is your comment about approachability. We believe Digital Asset Management should feel accessible from the very first conversation all the way through to everyday use, so hearing that the demo, pricing, support, and product experience all felt approachable means a lot.

We're especially glad to hear Stockpress is working well for everyone on your team, not just the most technical users. One of our goals has always been to build something powerful enough for complex workflows, while remaining simple enough that anyone can confidently find what they need.

Your comparison of Stockpress feeling like a team member rather than just another SaaS product is incredibly kind. We care deeply about being responsive, helping solve problems, and working alongside customers as their needs evolve, so that feedback is genuinely appreciated.

And hearing that we're saving your art director from constant "where is this image?" questions is exactly the kind of outcome we hope for. Combining easy access for teams and vendors with the controls needed to protect sensitive or unreleased assets is a balance many organizations need to strike.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Reviews like this remind us why we build Stockpress in the first place.

  ### 10. Stockpress has been a game‑changer for our business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

We were looking for a digital asset management platform that was powerful, intuitive, and scalable and Stockpress has exceeded every expectation.

The functionality is outstanding - organising, searching, and sharing assets is fast and seamless, and the interface is clean enough that our whole network adopted it with virtually no onboarding. The ability to invite unlimited users has been a huge advantage for us. It means everybody can access what they need without us worrying about limits or escalating costs.

On top of that, the value for money is exceptional. Compared to other DAM solutions we evaluated, Stockpress delivers enterprise‑level capability without the enterprise‑level price tag.

Overall, Stockpress has streamlined our workflows, improved collaboration, and given us a central hub for all our digital assets. We’re genuinely impressed and would recommend it to anybody looking for a flexible, modern DAM solution.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Nothing so far, any issues/suggestions we've had has been raised with Ian, he's jumped onto it and provided a solution for us.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to store and share all our digital assets with our dealer network in an easy to navigate structured form. The AI search function makes finding images easy and the pre-set formats for downloading social assets is a huge benefit to users who don't always have the time and resource to do it themselves.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is an incredible review — thank you for taking the time to share it.

Hearing “game-changer” alongside powerful, intuitive, and scalable is exactly what we hope teams experience, so it’s great to see that come through so clearly. The fact your wider network adopted it with virtually no onboarding is especially meaningful — that’s when you know the product is really working.

We’re also really glad the unlimited users model is making a difference. Being able to invite everyone without worrying about limits or rising costs is a big part of how we think access should work.

Your point on value for money means a lot too. Delivering that level of capability without the typical complexity or cost is something we’re very intentional about.

And it’s great to hear how this is playing out in practice — from supporting your dealer network with easy access to assets, to AI search helping people find what they need quickly, to pre-set download formats saving time for teams under pressure.

We also really appreciate the note on feedback and collaboration. Being able to respond quickly and work through ideas together is something we care deeply about.

Thanks again for such a thoughtful review — we’re really glad Stockpress is making a difference for your team.
